WHO WE ARE
Built for real sites and real conditions.
ROV Media Ltd is a South Coast inspection and media company founded by Bryan Stanislas, who serves as Founder and Director. Bryan is a member of the Society for Underwater Technology (SUT). We use remotely operated vehicles and unmanned aircraft to capture visual information from submerged, elevated and hard-to-reach places.
The work draws on experience across emergency services, commercial diving, marine environments, unmanned systems and film production. That mix shapes how we approach each brief: understand the job, plan around the conditions and keep communication straightforward.
Our kit includes a CHASING M2 Pro ROV and professional UAV platforms. We choose the approach to suit the asset and agreed scope, rather than treating every site as the same job.
Start with the question
We clarify what you need to see and why, then discuss the capture and deliverables that fit the brief.
Plan for the conditions
Access, weather, visibility, currents, permissions and site rules all matter. We review them before agreeing the work.
Bring views together
Where useful and suitable, underwater ROV and aerial UAV capture can be coordinated as one operation.
A STRAIGHTFORWARD APPROACH
Clear scope. Careful planning. Useful outputs.
Every project is different, so we agree the practical details before deployment.
Understand the asset
We talk through the site, access, intended use and the question you need answered.
Choose the right view
We scope ROV, UAV or media support around conditions, permissions and deliverables.
Capture and hand over
We complete the agreed work and provide visual material in the format discussed.
WHERE WE WORK
Southampton, the South Coast and across the UK.
Based on the South Coast, ROV Media works across Southampton, Portsmouth, Hampshire, Dorset and Sussex, with wider UK projects considered by arrangement. Site conditions, travel and access are confirmed during project scoping.
PRACTICAL GUIDES BY BRYAN STANISLAS
Knowledge shaped by field experience.
Bryan’s books share practical insight from working with UAVs and small ROVs in real operating environments.

Navigating the Skies
Bryan Stanislas wrote Navigating the Skies to make UK drone regulations easier to understand and apply in practice. His perspective draws on qualifying as an RPQ pilot in 2014 and completing subsequent qualification updates. As a former director of ARPAS-UK, Bryan has also contributed to wider sector discussions, including as a panellist at UAV and autonomous-systems industry forums and events. The book brings that operational and industry experience together in practical guidance.

Small ROV Operations in Inland and Inshore Environments
Bryan wrote Small ROV Operations in Inland and Inshore Environments to give operators a proportionate framework for using small ROVs professionally in real working conditions. A compact vehicle can make underwater inspection more accessible, but good work still depends on planning, risk awareness, sound operating discipline and knowing the limits of the equipment and conditions. The book draws on Bryan’s experience as an HSE media and commercial diver, diving instructor and ROV operator.
